"I had a rough time with the recurring..."
I had a rough time with the recurring billing setup. The subscription tools were confusing, and when I tried to cancel, it felt like I was being talked down to instead of actually helped. What should’ve been a simple process turned into a headache...

"Tax stuff got way more confusing than I expected!!!"
I started out using Tebex and it seemed fine at first!!! But once I got into the tax side of things, it got messy for me. I had some VAT questions and the support replies about compliance felt kind of generic, like they didn’t really answer what I was asking!!! I was hoping for clearer guidance, especially with something as important as taxes. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just more frustrating than I expected!!!

"Refund took longer than it should’ve"
Tebex is usually okay, but my refund experience was frustrating. It felt like things were handled a bit carelessly, like nobody was really keeping track unless I checked in again. I had to wait and follow up more than once before there was any real movement. Support did eventually reply and it got sorted, so I wouldn’t say it was awful, but the whole process felt messy and not very smooth. Giving it 3 stars because it worked out in the end.

"Payouts Need to Be More Reliable"
The payouts have been slow, and they never really feel consistent. I get that things can take time, but when people are depending on getting paid, it seems like basic decency to make the process clearer and more reliable

"Support took longer than expected"
I’ve been waiting a few days to hear back from support about a payment issue, and so far I haven’t really received anything helpful. I understand things can get busy, but it does feel a bit frustrating when the issue involves payments and there’s no clear update. I’m not sure I’d use the service again unless the support experience improves.

"I had one fraud payment go through…"
I had one fraud payment go through, and even after the chargeback, I still ended up taking the hit. Support was polite enough, but they didn’t really solve anything for me. Maybe I just had a bad experience, but it makes me feel like their protection isn’t as strong as it should be

"Solid customization, just takes a bit"
The customization is actually solid... like, there’s a lot you can tweak, which I liked. It did take me a little while to figure everything out though, not gonna lie. But once I got the hang of it, it felt worth it.

"Works Fine, But the Fees Add Up"
tebex does the job, and I didn’t really have any major issues using it. But the pricing? That’s where it gets hard to love. The extra transaction fees start piling up fast, especially if you’re running a smaller shop. What’s the point of making a sale if you feel like a bigger chunk than expected is disappearing each time? It’s not a terrible service by any means, but for me, it just ended up feeling too expensive.

"Checkout was kind of a hassle"
I was trying to buy something from the server store, and that whole checkout part was a bit annoying. It felt slower than it should’ve, and some of the steps weren’t super clear. The payment did go through, but I didn’t really get any update right away, so I was sitting there wondering if it actually worked or if that thing was stuck. It ended up being fine, but yeah, not the smoothest experience

"Payment kept failing for no reason"
I tried to pay twice and both times it failed, but there wasn’t any clear explanation why. Kind of frustrating because I had to stop what I was doing and double-check my card, my internet, everything. Maybe it was a system issue, I don’t know, but it would’ve been nice to get an actual reason instead of just hitting a dead end.

"Works well, just a little limited"
I’ve been using Tebex to manage packages and products, and overall it’s been solid. Setting things up is fairly straightforward, changes seem to go live quickly enough, and I can usually find what I need without too much digging.

The only thing is that some areas feel a bit restrictive when you want to customize things more or rearrange stuff in a specific way. It definitely does the job, and I’m generally happy with it, but I feel like package management could probably be a bit more flexible.

"Currency stuff is honestly a mess"
I really wish tebex handled global currencies better. Like, my customers keep getting shown prices in random currencies or with conversions that just don’t seem right. The localization feels kinda half-finished too, because some pages don’t match the right language or region. It makes the whole store look a bit messy, and I’m constantly getting asked why the prices look weird. For something that’s supposed to work worldwide, it’s frustrating...

"The sales reports honestly need work"
I don’t think I’m being overly picky here, but the analytics just don’t line up with what I’m seeing in payouts. The sales reports feel clunky, and it’s frustrating trying to figure out what’s actually going on. I usually end up exporting everything and checking it myself, which kind of defeats the point of having reports in the first place.

"Notifications can be a little all over the place"
I’ve been using Tebex for some basic store stuff, and it gets the job done, but the notifications can be messy. It reminds me of trying to keep up with group chat updates — some things show up late, and other alerts are vague enough that I end up checking everything manually anyway.

The customer messaging side also feels a bit limited to me. I’d really like it if messages were easier to edit, manage, and track after sending. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it does add extra frustration when you’re trying to stay organized.

The seller dashboard is okay for the basics, but it feels a little unfinished. I was hoping for more detailed reports, easier bulk editing, and settings that didn’t take forever to track down. "Pretty solid for a game server shop!!"
Tebex was easy to get hooked up to my server!!! Most of it worked right away, which was a relief... commands fired after payments like they were supposed to, and the setup docs were actually helpful enough to get through it. I did run into one annoying little syncing issue with ranks, but support pointed me in the right direction quickly!! It’s not perfect, but for running a game server shop, it definitely gets the job done well!!!
